Ingredients for Oats and Soya Pancake

  • 200 gms oats 
  • 150g soya flour
  • 2 chilies 
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

How to make Oats and Soya Pancake

  1. First of all, soak oats in water for 30 to 45 minutes.
  2. Grind the salt and other ingredients together with the soaked oats.
  3. Now add water according to your needs and make a thick batter.
  4. Remember that the batter should be so thick that it can spread easily.
  5. Now put 2 to 3 drops of oil on a nonstick pan and heat it.
  6. Then add batter and prepare 1/4 inch thick pancake.
  7. Now roast from both sides until the medium becomes brown.
  8. Finally serve with curd, sauce or chutney.
