Ingredients for Microwave Tandoori Chicken 

  • 1 kg chicken (sliced) 
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste 
  • 1 cup, Hung Curd
  • 1 tbsp salt 
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp coriander powder 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • Oil to apply on cream chicken

For Garnishing:

  • Lemon pieces 
  • Onion rings

How to make microwave tandoori chicken

  1. First of all, add garlic, curd, salt, ginger paste, coriander powder, garam masala, cream, and black pepper to the chicken and mix well and then keep it aside to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Now place sauser inside a vessel and place the chicken in it.
  3. Then cover it and cook it for 5 minutes at high speed and close once.
  4. Now cover it and cook for 3 more minutes at high speed.
  5. Then cook it for 2 minutes without covering it.
  6. Now keep it like this for 5 minutes, at the end serve with lemon pieces and onion sticks.
