Ingredients for Microwave Chocolate Cake

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour 
  • 1 3/4 cup castor or powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup oil, butter or margarine 
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of water 
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda 
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 3 egg

How to make microwave chocolate cake

  1. First, apply oil in a tin base or put butter paper in the tin and sprinkle sugar and maida in it.
  2. Now take out the cocoa, maida, powdered sugar and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. Then add sugar, salt, water, fat and vanilla to it. Now mix it well using a beater or spoon.
  4. You break one egg at a time into a cake batter and whisk until it becomes smooth. Now the batter will start looking a little brighter.
  5. Then divide the batter into two separate pots.
  6. Now cook it for 2 to 3 minutes and bake one cake at a time. Stop it in the middle then change the side of the container.
  7.  And cook for the next 2 minutes.
  8. Now once again change its side and cook for 1 minute. Then take out the cake tin after 5 minutes.
