Ingredients for Lemon Sushi Cake

For Vanilla Spaws:

  • 1 kg Vanilla Pre Mix 
  • 15g Gel
  • 50 ml (ml) oil 
  • 150 ml (ml) water

For the Lemon filling:

  • 100g egg yolk 
  • 100g lemon juice
  • 100 grams of sugar 
  • 100 grams of butter
  • White Chocolate Gnash
  • 250g White Chocolate 
  • 75g Cooking Cream
  • 50 ml of milk

How to make a lemon sushi cake

To prepare the vanilla sponge:

  1. First of all, put all the ingredients together in a machine bowl and make a canned in 5 minutes.
  2. Then put it in a tray and bake for 35 minutes.

To prepare lemon filling:

  1. Mix all the ingredients first and pour it into a double boiler.
  2. Then whisk it until the mixture thickens.

To prepare white chocolate ganache:

  1. Firstly mix white chocolate with boiled milk and cooking cream.
  2. Now leave the mixture for 5 minutes and then whisk it until the chocolate is completely melted.

Assemble Sushi Cake:

  1. First, cut the spaws into 3 layers.
  2. Then mix 500 grams of wiped cream, 150 grams of white ganache and 100 grams of the lemon filling to make lemon cream.
  3. Now take spaws and spread lemon cream over it.
  4. Then do the second and third layers of the sponge as well.
  5. Now decorate the cake with fondant sushi and have your cake ready.
