  • Leftover idli cut into 4 parts 
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • 5-10 grams ginger
  • 1 green chili 
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped 
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds

How to make leftover idli snack

  1. First, heat a small spoon of oil in a pan and add crushed garlic, ginger and mustard seeds.
  2. Then add onion and let it turn golden brown.
  3. Now add tomatoes into the pan and cook till they become soft. Then add green chilies.
  4. Then add the remaining idli and mix it.
