Ingredients for Gluten Free Christmas Cake

  • 300 gms Christmas Dry Fruits (already soaked) 
  • 1/2 orange peel
  • 1/2 lemon peel 
  • 200 ml jaggery syrup
  • 150 grams of almond flour 
  • 100 grams apple, grated
  • 175g butter 
  • 4 medium eggs

How to Make Gluten-Free Christmas Cake

  1. First of all, preheat the oven to 140 degrees.
  2. Now put all the ingredients except almond flour in a bowl.
  3. Now mix it well with a hand blender. Simultaneously, add almond flour to it and mix.
  4. Then 23 cm. Round tin or 20 cm. Apply butter to the tin, apply baking paper and grease the paper. Now pour the mixture into the tin.
  5. Now cover the top part with baking paper.
  6. Now bake it for 2 hours and check the toothpick by putting it inside the cake. If the toothpick comes out completely clean then the cake is completely ready. Now let the cake cool down with a tin.
  7. Then when it cools, remove the baking paper from it, now pierce it with a toothpick in several places and then put some brandy on it. Now take the cake out of the tin, leave the baking paper on it.
  8. Then wrap more baking paper on it, now wrap the foil after this. Now keep it in a cool place.
  9. Finally decorate the cake with margin or icing, grapes fruit.
