  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  1. Take out the ice cream with a spoon and make two big size balls. And keep in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours
  2. Prepare a mixture of maida and cornflour in a bowl, the batter should be slightly diluted with cake solution, followed by cornflakes and brown sugar, and cinnamon powder filled in a zip foil and make a fine powder with a rolling pin. And take out in a plate
  3. After 5 hours, take the ice cream out of the freezer and wrap it in a plate of cornflakes and brown sugar wrapped in cinnamon powder as much as you can, then keep it in the freezer for 5 hours.
  4. Prepare a mixture of maida and cornflour in a bowl, the batter should be slightly thinner than the cake solution,
  5. After 5 hours, remove the ice cream from the freezer and immediately pour it in a mixture of maida and cornflour and quickly add another layer of mixed cornflake and brown sugar cinnamon powder, quickly freeze the ice cream,
  6. Keep in freeze again for 5 hours
  7. Heat oil in a skillet so that the ice cream fry well, heat the oil and keep it ready
  8. Now take out the ice cream that has been kept in the freezer for 5 hours, and quickly pour it into the oil, the oil should be on the highest heat if the ice cream is not fried for just a few seconds, then the inside ice cream will melt and come into the oil
  9. Immediately add the extracted chocolate syrup and serve, the outer layer remains crunchy and hot, the inside cools down.
