Eggless Zebra Cake Recipe

Ingredients needed for Eggless Zebra Cake Recipe

  • Maida for chocolate batter - 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
  • Oil - ½ cup
  • Baking Powder - 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon

  • Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar - 4 cups
  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Cocoa Powder - ½ cup
  • Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar - 4 cups
  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Flour for Vanilla Batter - 1 ½ cup

How to make Eggless Zebra Cake

  1. First, preheat the oven at 200 C for 10 minutes. Then grease the ring shape cake mold with butter or ghee.
  2. Then beat the yogurt and sugar for 5 minutes to make a vanilla batter. Now add baking soda and baking powder to it and keep it for 3 minutes. Due to which bubbles will start coming. Then mix oil and vanilla essence. Now add fine flour in it, but keep in mind that during this time do not form lumps. Then similarly prepare the chocolate batter in a separate bowl, add the chocolate instead of vanilla.
  3. Then pour two-scoop vanilla mixes from an ice cream scoop into the cake ring mold. Now add a scoop of chocolate mix. Now put all the mixture in the same way. Bake at 200 C for 10 minutes. Now reduce the temperature to 170-180 C and bake for another 45-50 minutes. Then check with a toothpick whether the cake is ready or not. If the cake is ready, remove and let it cool for 30 minutes. Now turn in a plate. Slice after at least 2 hours.
