Ingredients for Coconut Pancake

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour 
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt 
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted 
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • Few drops vanilla extract 
  • Food color
  • Oil for filling

For Feeling:

  • 1 cup of the coconut fruit 
  • 1 cup sugar can

Method of making Coconut Pancake

  1. First of all mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Then make a hole in the middle, add butter, egg, vanilla extract and coconut milk to it.
  2. Then mix it well.
  3. Now divide this mixture into three parts, leave the first part as it is, adds green color to the second and pink or red color to the third part.
  4. Now crumble sugar cane and coconut flakes into them and mix them.
  5. Now heat a pan and put a ladle batter on it.
  6. Keep in mind that the pancake should be very thin and when it starts to harden a little, then flip it.
  7. Then cover the pan and let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Now reduce the heat and then repeat this process with color and no color batter.
  8. Now put the pancake on one surface, make sure to lower the cooked surface and top it uncooked. Then place a large spoon of filling on it.
  9. Then fold it lightly and roll it slowly. Now repeat this process with the rest of the pancake.
  10.  Finally, you can serve it hot or cold.
