Ingredients for Chicken Gilafi Kebab

  • 300 gms chicken minced 
  • 50 g onions, sliced
  • 50 grams tomatoes, sliced ​​
  • 50 grams green capsicum, sliced
  • 30 grams green coriander, chopped into pieces 
  • 20 grams green chili, sliced
  • 5 gm salt 
  • 20 ml of oil
  • 20 grams cashew nuts 
  • 20 grams almonds, peeled
  • 10 grams peppermint 
  • 5 grams red chili powder
  • 5 grams ginger garlic paste 
  • 3 grams cumin powder
  • 10 ml of lemon juice 
  • 10 ml fresh cream
  • 5 ml kewda water

How to make Chicken Gilafi Kebab

  • First of all, add salt, onion, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin, ginger garlic paste, coriander, lemon juice, green chilies, mint leaves, kewda water, fresh cream, almonds and cashew nuts in a grinder.
  • Then grind all the ingredients well.
  • Now apply this mixture on the square.
  • Now on a square plate, take chopped onion, coriander and capsicum.
  • Then wrap these chopped vegetables on the kebabs.
  • Then bake them at 180 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
