  • 400 F / 204 C Oven Temperature
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour/maida 
  • 3/4 cup castor sugar / powdered sugar
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla essence 
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 spherical 
  • 8 cake tins

Butterless Sponge Cake Recipe

  1. First make two pieces of butter paper, making sure that the pieces are the size of the base of the tin. Next, sprinkle sugar and flour on paper.
