Ingredients for Barfi Paratha

  • 7-8 pieces khoya barfi 
  • Flour
  • Ghee to make paratha 
  • A pinch of cardamom powder

The method of making barfi paratha

  1. Firstly mash the barfi and mix cardamom powder in it.
  2. Now take a dough of dough and roll it a little thick.
  3. Then place the barfi mixture in the middle.
  4. Now close the turn around it.
  5. Then roll it on the pan and let both sides turn brown.
  6. Now apply ghee on it and bake it till it turns golden brown and serves hot.
